Located in North Boulder, the Holiday Neighborhood is an urban community complete with residential developments and small businesses.
Built to replicate old-style Boulder, this neighborhood incorporates themes that remind its residents of when the Holiday Drive In Theater was popular. To commemorate the theater that operated from 1969 to 1988, Easy Rider Lane was named after the first movie that played in this North Boulder theater.
This community is located close to downtown Boulder, Lyons and Estes Park. Being further from the city, however, allows residents to enjoy quiet living with gorgeous views. Some other perks of the community are its dog friendly and pedestrian friendly parks and gardens, the front porches on each property that enhance the sense of community, and the small businesses in the community. These businesses include: Proto's Pizza, Generation Think Tank, Restaurant 4580, Catnip and Bones Professional Pet Services and more.
